At Unified Care Autism Foundation, our team is driven by expertise, passion, and a commitment to quality care. Our founders bring a unique blend of leadership and hands-on experience—one overseeing operations and the other specializing as a behavior therapist. Alongside them, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ensures that our therapy programs follow the highest standards of evidence-based care. Together, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and supporting families every step of the way.

Shivaan Gupta- Co-founder and Operations Head

As a co-founder of this organization, my background in accounting and business management serves as the foundation for my role in helping guide and sustain our efforts. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from India and a Diploma in Accounting from Seneca College, Canada, I have had the privilege of working as an accountant in both India and Canada with a multinational company. My experience in financial management has provided me with the skills to ensure that our organization operates efficiently and responsibly, allowing us to focus on what matters most: supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

While my professional journey has been in finance, my passion for helping others has always been at the heart of what I do. Co-founding this organization has given me the unique opportunity to combine my experience in business and accounting with my deep desire to make a difference in the lives of families having autism. Through our work, I aim to contribute to creating a world where everyone, regardless of their challenges, has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.

Leen Verma- Founder and Clinical Head

As the founder of Unified Care Autism, my passion for supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is deeply personal. With a specialization in Autism and Behavioural Science from Canada and a B.Sc. in Applied Psychology from India, I have spent years working directly with children and families having autism, learning from each unique experience and challenge. From my time as an intern and researcher to my role as a Behaviour Therapist, every step of my journey has reinforced my unwavering belief in the potential of every individual, regardless of the obstacles they face. I have first-hand seen the difference that compassionate and evidence-based support can make, and this drive fuels my commitment to this cause. Through this foundation, I aim to provide not just service, but hope, understanding, and a sense of belonging to those who need it the most. This mission is not just my profession—it is my calling, and I am honoured to help create a world where everyone on the spectrum can thrive.

Archana Louis- Resource Person

With a Master's in Social Work and an academic foundation in Psychology, my journey has taken me across both Canada and India, working closely with children and families from diverse backgrounds. Along the way, I’ve deepened my practice with specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis, CPT and EMDR. These tools have allowed me to support individuals in a way that is both compassionate and clinically informed. Whether conducting assessments, coaching caregivers, or collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, my work is guided by a steady belief: "Every child has a light within them, and it's my purpose to help them shine, no matter the obstacles they face". I carry this belief into every space I enter, with the hope of not just making a difference but helping others feel seen, understood, and truly supported in their journey forward.
